The product is available in unagi kabayaki fillets, sushi slices, cuts, flakes and skewers. Fillets are commonly used for unadon, unaju, bento, rice bowls and premium plating, while cuts and flakes are suitable for ready meals, toppings, fillings and portion-controlled foodservice use. Sushi slices provide a convenient topping format for nigiri, maki and sushi platters.
For bulk frozen eel sourcing, specifications such as species, fillet size, head-on or headless style, sauce ratio, glaze appearance, carton packing and label requirements should be confirmed clearly before production. Available sizes include 7–22 oz and 10P, 15P, 20P, 25P, 30P, 35P, 40P, 50P, 60P, 70P and other sizes on request. Sauce ratio can also be selected according to market preference.
