Frozen Japanese Food Ingredients

We specialise in frozen Japanese food ingredients including roasted eel (Unagi Kabayaki) — fillets, sushi slices, unadon cuts, flakes, diced and skewers. Products can be customised and packed in bulk or individual vacuum packs (IVP); flavour, sauce percentage and roasting style can be adjusted to order. We also supply Frozen Seasoned Seaweed Salad (Chuka Wakame), Seasoned Tobiko (Flying Fish Roe), Seasoned Masago (Capelin Roe), Seasoned Baby Octopus (Chuka Idako), Wasabi Octopus, Herring Fillet & Roe (Nishin) and more.
