Berries are stemmed, cleaned, and individually quick frozen to lock in natural color and true taste. Vacuum packing limits oxidation and freezer dehydration, helping each berry remain intact and flavorful after thawing. The blend presents similar varietal characteristics with a practically uniform color, good character, and normal flavor and odor, and is practically free from defects.
