Coated Frozen French Fries
Coated frozen French fries have a light coating applied to the surface of the potato strips.
Products are available in different cut sizes, with skin-on or skin-off and plain or seasoned options. The coating should be reasonably even and consistent across the fries, without excessive loose coating or uneven areas.
During production, the coating condition, surface appearance, cut size, colour and overall consistency can be checked against the agreed specification.
Uncoated Frozen French Fries
Uncoated frozen French fries are produced without an additional surface coating, retaining the natural surface appearance of the potato strips.
Different cut sizes are available, together with skin-on or skin-off and plain or seasoned options according to customer requirements.
Quality checks may include cut consistency, surface condition, colour, texture, short and broken pieces and visible defects.
Product Quality & Inspection
Product requirements can vary according to cut size, coating, skin and seasoning specification. Finished French fries may be checked for cut size, length distribution, colour, texture, coating condition, short and broken pieces, irregular cuts and visible defects.
SINOFROST's QC team conducts inspections during production and before shipment according to agreed product specifications. Packing condition, net weight and other confirmed packing requirements can also be checked before shipment.
Flexible Packing
Flexible packing is available for foodservice, retail and industrial requirements. Different bag, box, carton and label options are available, with private label packaging according to customer requirements.
