Shoestring fries are thin potato strips available in straight cut or crinkle cut styles. The potatoes are sorted, washed, peeled, cut, par-fried and quick frozen to retain their characteristic colour, flavour and texture.
Coated or uncoated, seasoned or plain, and skin-on or skin-off choices are available. Our QC team inspects cut uniformity, fry colour, short and broken pieces, black spots, foreign matter and packing condition.
Foodservice and private label packing are available, with BRC, ISO, HACCP, HALAL, KOSHER and other certifications.
