IQF Frozen Onion Rings are made from fresh, clean, firm bulbs that are trimmed, peeled, and cleanly sliced into uniform rings, then individually quick-frozen to preserve natural color and aroma. The ring slices stay free-flowing in the frozen state and separate easily for portioning and even cooking. Color is bright and characteristic; flavor and odor are normal before and after cooking. Texture is uniformly firm and tender, with practically no soft or spongy units. Each batch is checked by our QC team for ring integrity, uniformity of size, and the absence of grit or dirt.
