Peach dice are clean and practically free from blemishes, peel residues, whole pits, pit fragments and foreign matter, with good, reasonably uniform size and shape. Well packaging helps maintain the organoleptic and quality characteristics of the fruit, protects it from microbiological and other contamination, and limits dehydration and possible leakage throughout frozen storage and transport.
