The carrot cubes show a bright natural orange to deep orange colour typical of carrots harvested at good maturity. After cooking they are tender, not woody, not fibrous, and not mushy, with a clean sweet carrot taste and normal carrot aroma, free from off-odors. The product is practically free from defects or foreign material, and is prepared under controlled processing and frozen storage to maintain colour, texture, flavor and consistency.
