IQF Frozen Spinach Cut is prepared from clean, sound edible parts of the spinach plant that are sorted, washed, sufficiently blanched for colour and flavour stability, properly drained, and frozen. The cut leaves present a reasonably uniform green colour, are free from foreign flavour and odour, and are practically free from sand and grit.
