Produced in HACCP, ISO, BRC and HALAL certified facilities, our well-trained QC team inspects each batch to ensure the dices are reasonably uniform in size, with a firm yet tender texture, good free-flowing condition and practically free from bruising, defects and foreign matter, with oxidation carefully controlled to minimise browning while maintaining typical varietal flavour.
