Sinofrost supplies skin-off frozen French fries in bulk for importers, frozen food distributors, food manufacturers, QSR chains, restaurants, foodservice companies and supermarkets.
The potatoes are peeled before cutting, giving the fries a clean and more uniform surface. Straight cut sizes include 7×7 mm, 9×9 mm, 10×10 mm, 12×12 mm and 14×14 mm. Coated or uncoated, seasoned or plain products are available for different menus.
Clean Appearance and Uniform Cut
Skin-off French fries are widely selected where a clean colour and standardised appearance are preferred. Straight cut fries have practically parallel sides and smooth surfaces, helping each portion maintain a consistent presentation.
The fries are sorted to reduce excessive skin residue, black spots, discolouration, eyes, slivers, small pieces, irregular strips and burnt parts. Fry colour should remain reasonably uniform, while the finished product should have the characteristic flavour and odour of properly prepared potatoes.
Texture should be typical of the selected cut, without excessive hardness, softness, oiliness or sogginess.
QC and Bulk Packing
Our professional QC team inspects the processing line and finished products in the factory, covering cut size, fry length, colour, short and broken pieces, visible defects, foreign matter, net weight, bag sealing and carton condition.
Foodservice packing and private label options are available for wholesale distribution, restaurant supply and supermarket frozen food ranges. Packaging is designed to protect the fries from contamination, dehydration and foreign odours during frozen storage and transportation.
Sinofrost supplies frozen French fries from qualified factories with BRC, ISO, HACCP, HALAL, KOSHER and other certifications.
