Straight cut fries are available in 7×7 mm, 9×9 mm, 10×10 mm, 12×12 mm and 14×14 mm. Coated or uncoated, seasoned or plain, and skin-on or skin-off products are available for different menus and market requirements.
The fries are prepared from clean, mature and sound potatoes, then sorted, washed, peeled, cut into strips, par-fried and quick frozen. Finished products are checked for size uniformity, fry colour, short and broken pieces, black spots, sugar ends, foreign matter, flavour and texture.
Our professional QC team inspects the processing line and finished products in the factory. Frozen French fries are available with BRC, HALAL, KOSHER and other certifications, according to the selected product and destination-market requirements.
