
Sinofrost supplies high quality IQF Whole Raspberries for food processors, food manufacturers, importers, supermarkets, bakery, dairy, beverage and dessert industries. Available varieties include Heritage, Fertodi, Tulameen, Willamette, America 22, Europe Red, Autumn Bliss, etc. The berries are prepared from ripe, clean, sound and stemmed berries. After washing and sorting, the berries are carefully selected to remove underdeveloped, damaged or foreign materials, then individually quick frozen to pass the temperature range of maximum crystallization. This process helps preserve natural color, clean raspberry flavor, whole berry character and free-flowing condition during frozen storage and distribution.
Our IQF Whole Raspberries are available in 95/5, 90/10, 80/20 specifications, with other options available on request. The product is suitable for berry toppings, berry mixes, bakery decoration, yogurt and dairy preparations, smoothies, jams, sauces, ice cream and ready-to-use dessert products. Certified with BRC, HALAL, ISO, HACCP, KOSHER, SEDEX and other international standards, our professional quality control team inspects the whole processing and each batch before shipment, including color, defects, size consistency, broken-piece ratio, foreign matter and general appearance.
