After washing and sorting, the berries are carefully selected to remove underdeveloped, damaged or foreign materials, then individually quick frozen to pass the temperature range of maximum crystallization. This process helps preserve natural color, clean raspberry flavor, whole berry character and free-flowing condition during frozen storage and distribution.
